PPQG - Notification for Collection and Use of Personal Information

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and CASL legislation, any personal information collected or requested on this membership form will be used by the Prairie Piecemakers Quilters’ Guild (hereafter referred to as the “Guild”). Only for the purposes of: a) maintaining a list of members of the Guild as defined in the PPQG constitution b) maintaining a mail and/or email distribution list for the purpose of distributing Guild related communications c) maintaining a membership list to be given out to the Executive of the Guild and to other members of the Guild as deemed reasonable and/or necessary by the Membership Chair.
