High Low Ruffle Tunic Top
In a previous blog I talked about my recent interest in garment sewing. I know that many quilters started sewing by making garments when they were young, or sewed clothes for their children. Jamie Sanders, owner of Scattered Thoughts of a Crafty Mom, has modified her free basic T-shirt pattern to add a high low ruffle. She talks about easy modifications if this being made for a slim person or a person who doesn't like loose fitting tops. This style would work well paired with leggings since the back of the top is longer.
