Fall 2018 Tips and Tutorials Festival Cheryl (Meadow Mist Designs) and Yvonne fromf Quilting JetGirl held their first bi-annual Tips and Tutorials Festival.  People submitted tips and tutorials and after dividing the submissions into two categories.  People then voted and their blog post covered the winners in each category.
